Back in 1984 when Bob and Pete were just starry-eyed schoolboys, they concocted a "tribute" to the Greater London Council with an old electro backing track and a few samples of GLC leader Ken 'Seagull' Livingstone. Yes, it was their first ever "musical" creation. Cleverly recreating this hamfisted dirge, here's a 1999 version on the eve of GLC's, and Ken's, return. Hoopla!
