ReferencesThis is a cover of a song by French songstress, Francoise HardyTriviaFrançoise Hardy wrote the song on her own, but at that time, in France, you had to pass an exam to prove you can compose a song alone, and to be registered as a composer. As she was only an instinctive guitarist, she had to co-write the music with her orchestrator. The english adaptation was written by someone named Stellman. The original title is "Tous les garçons et les filles". It was the very first Françoise Hardy EP, released back in 1962, and one of her major hits 'til today. The Eurythmics covered it when they played Bercy, in Paris, before the band split up. Françoise, who was in the audience, was very sincerely moved. Etienne Daho covered himself a few Françoise Hardy songs. He's a fan of hers, and they recorded two duets together. Thanks to Pierre Fageolle for this additional information!Versions and sources
